Let’s look at Hovair’s pneumatic powered Air Caster Systems. Below are examples of two air caster modules complete with built-in air bearings which are the powerhouse of this type of lifting and moving.
>Round steel air casters are heavier and more robust and generally used when air casters are required to be permanently fitted to the underside of the machine. Square aluminum air casters are used for more conventional loads, such a heavy machines that only require to be moved occasionally.
With the machine safely on board the air caster modules, it is now ready to be moved as shown here above. Here are two machines that are all rigged up and ready to be moved. One is a small one that is going to a clean room application and the other is a large caterpillar machine being moved for testing.

They will not, and cannot, damage your floor surfaces as the machines do not actually touch the floor. They are suspended in a state of flotation and are very safe to use.
